David is a Canadian attorney, Ontario lawyer and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. David is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum having recovered over $1,000,000.00 for his clients. For many years David has been working with Florida attorneys to help their Canadian clients who have been injured in Florida get the full compensation. As co-counsel David handles all possible claims and actions that a client may have in Canada. This enables Florida counsel to focus on their client's in State claims and ensure that all foreign claims are pursued, maximized and that no limtations are missed.
