- For monthly rental, we charge a 4 week month with a 1 month minimum. 1. For our customers, payment is due before delivery (cash or credit/debit card). We will deliver service and pick up on the day that we are in the area. It is usually the same day of the week, but there are instances when we may need to change the day we are in that area.
- If you have seen really crowded events, you should know how restrooms are important for any party. Imagine if your guests need to use a restroom and there are not enough facilities available for all of them. Endless lines of people, waiting for a free restroom. Disgusting, right? It can turn the whole event into a mess. But there is a really easy and convenient solution: portable toilets became proven as the best solution to make any event comfortable and stress-free both for you and your guests.
- Make sure you rent enough portable toilets to meet all of your guests’ needs. It is best to have us help calculate the proper numbers of toilets and services given the duration and expected crowds for an event. Insufficient portable toilet service reflects poorly on the event and on us. We strive to make both of us look good.
- Check if you portable toilets are clean, deodorizes and well ventilated (we’d say it’s the key issue). Our company can provide you the personnel to do the cleaning. We do pumping, pressure washing, and sanitizing.
- We do not have room to pick up trash from the toilets. Basically, if it can’s flush down a toilet, it can’t be removed with our equipment. Diapers, bottles, cans, clothes, trash, wet wipes, etc. will be removed from our units and placed in a discreet location near the unit. We strongly recommend trash/ recycling receptacles be placed near the portable toilets.
- It is always best to call at least a week in advance for rentals. We service certain areas on certain days. Unscheduled/ last minute deliveries may be subject to delivery charges to cover time and fuel. There will be an additional charge for requested extra service or special trips for tip-over, blow-over, etc.
- The customer is responsible for damage or loss of units. You can minimize buy purchasing the waiver.
- We try to place the units where the customer would like them, but they need to be accessible for service. We need to be able to drive to it with our truck (within about 25 feet for our hose to reach). The area needs to be clear, plowed, sanded, no too muddy, etc. according to the weather conditions.
- If you’re going to use a large area for your event, make sure your portable toilets are located in convenient spots for easy access. You may need to order Wheel Chair accessible units too. Moreover, they should be situated in safe and well lighted areas.
- The BEST customer service is our priority so please ask all the questions you can to allow us to help you!
